hbajie Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbajie platform and all of its services. By registering on hbajie or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on hbajie, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

• Users are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify hbajie support immediately.
• If you forget your password, use the designated recovery process.

2.4 Updating Information

If any information in your account changes (such as your contact number or payment details), update it promptly. hbajie will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.1 Age Proof Requirement

hbajie reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-recognized document may be requested as proof of age. If the required documents are not provided, the account will be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Protection of Minors

hbajie is committed to keeping minors away from gaming. If an account holder allows a minor to use their account, that account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Payment Methods

hbajie currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
• Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to your hbajie account instantly.
• Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may be delayed due to incomplete KYC verification.

4.4 Transaction Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 15x must be met to claim the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• A bonus may only be claimed once — claiming a bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses may be used for gaming activities and are not directly withdrawable.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply.

5.3 VIP Program

The hbajie VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

hbajie takes a strict stance on the abuse of bonuses or promotions. If a user deliberately violates the bonus policy or engages in bonus arbitrage, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

6.1 Software and Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server issue, hbajie will void the affected bet and return that amount to the user's account. Any winnings obtained from a faulty game or incorrect result will not be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• hbajie reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Users must follow the dealer's instructions while participating in live casino games. If a technical issue occurs during a game, notify hbajie support immediately via live chat.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajie platform:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using a false identity or another person's identity.
3. Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games.
4. Hacking or unlawfully interfering with the platform's systems or software.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
6. Participating in match fixing or other unethical betting activities.
7. Deliberate abuse of the bonus system or arbitrage.
8. Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
9. Conducting transactions through a third-party payment account.
10. Allowing minors to use an account.

8.1 hbajie's Rights

hbajie reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Providing false or misleading information in the account details.
• Court order or request from law enforcement authorities.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period (generally 12 months or more).

8.2 Account Closure by the User

8.3 Inactive Account

If there is no transaction or login activity for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to the balance of an inactive account.

9.1 Service Availability

hbajie strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen events. hbajie will not be liable for any financial loss in such situations.

9.2 Third-Party Services

9.3 Internet Connection
